So I spent three weeks on jury duty. That was a nightmare. Hearing the case wasn’t so bad, even though the information was boring, and the witnesses giving testimony droned on and on. So many repetitive questions… the worst part ( besides sitting next to a guy with assbreath ) was deliberation. Getting twelve people to agree on something is almost impossible. I wanted to beat my head against the wall! So not worth the $550 I made.
It doesn’t help that the $550 is going to tires on my husband’s Jeep. They’re not kidding when they say it stands for “Just Eats Every Penny”. I wanted to buy a new computer. T_T
Maybe next year.
On a happier note, we’re finally settled in the house. I’m so glad we moved out of that apartment. The pipes were bad, and there were drug dealers in the next building… and when the landlord went to fix the pipes ( after we moved, thankfully ) he sort of died in the apartment… I am glad I wasn’t there for that.
It was already haunted to begin with.
So yeah… trying to cat-proof the windows in the garage. Spooky keeps getting out and hiding in various places around the yard. I’m really not sure how she squeezes her fat cat ass through such small spaces! Cats, I tell ya…
Life isn’t bad. I got a hammock… so that makes everything okay.

One of my favorite pieces of all time. Now if only they had played the original 9+ minute version.
